The teddy bears and other stuffed animals will be collected and donated to local charities. All fans who bring a teddy bear or stuffed animal will receive a voucher good for a ticket to a future Solar Bears home game, while fans can purchase BOGO tickets to Friday’s Teddy Bear Toss game at orlandosolarbearshockey.com/teddy.

TONIGHT:The Orlando Solar Bears host their annual Teddy Bear Toss game in a Wawa Sunshine Cup battle against the Florida Everblades. This will be Orlando’s first encounter with their in-state rivals since Opening Night on Oct. 22.

HOME SWEET HOME:After beginning the season with a 2-5-0-0 record at home, the Solar Bears have surged to the top of the league standings for home ice performance; the team has since gone on a 5-0-1-0 tear as it nears the end of a 10-game homestand, bringing Orlando to a 7-5-1-0 record at the ARS.com Rink at Amway Center for a total of 15 standings points – the most accrued by any home team in the Eastern Conference this season.

WE’LL GO SHOT FOR SHOT:Orlando and Florida are first and second in the league respectively with an average of 38.82 and 36.18 shots for per game. Both teams also have the most wins of any Eastern Conference team when out-shooting their opponents: The Solar Bears are 9-3-1-0, while the Everblades are 11-2-1-2.

CAMERANESI PROVIDING TIMELY GOAL SCORING:Rookie Tony Cameranesi’s play against Brampton has helped move him into a nine-way tie for second place in game-winning goals with three on the season, after recording back-to-back game-winning tallies last Thursday and Saturday. His three total game-winners account for half of his goal-scoring output this season.
