SEAT LOCATION QUESTIONS:
Tickets are only available for purchase for Orlando Solar Bears home games within the lower level of Kia Center. However, in special circumstances, the Solar Bear will open some seating up in the upper level.

Yes, accessible seating will be available in sections 101, 104-107 and 113-116. Wheelchair accessible and companion seats are available at locations dispersed throughout Kia Center, offering guests the choice of prices and lines of sight. Yes, all Half-Season Ticket Members will be able to select their desired seat location (subject to availability). Your selection will be reserved for the Opening Night game and 17 other games of your choosing.
Ticket Questions:
We offer Full and Half Season Ticket Membership plans. We also offer group discounts for groups of 15 tickets or more. Premium seating is also be available (suites, loge and club seating).
Both Full and Half Season Ticket Members receive a number of great benefits including significant savings of box office pricing, merchandise discounts, invitations to special VIP events, and much more. Any funds collected for playoff games that were not played will be applied as a credit to the next season’s Season Ticket Membership cost. A refund will be issued, if otherwise requested.
Yes, Premium Suites in the Kia Center are for sale on a single game basis. For more information on Premium Suites, please click here, or call (407) 951-8200.
Yes, as an added benefit for Full and Half Season Ticket Members, games will be selected prior to the start of each season and listed as “Exchange Night Games” for unused Season Tickets. More information will be sent out prior to the beginning of the season.
The Kia Center requires children that have reached their 2nd birthday by the date of the game to have a ticket for entry.
All individual game tickets for regular season home games will go on sale to the general public shortly after our season schedule has been finalized, usually in mid-September. Stay tuned as the season approaches for an announcement on the exact date and time for single game tickets to go on sale.

The Kia Center Box Office is located on Church Street. Short-term (15 minutes) parking is available in front of the box office on Church Street except during events. The Amway Center Box Office does not take ticket orders over the phone.

Parking is only included in select Loge Seating and Gold Seat Full Season Ticket Memberships. Updated information regarding parking costs and locations around Kia Center will be released by the Solar Bears before each season.

MISCELLANEOUS:
Yes – we are affiliated with the Tampa Bay Lightning of the NHL, as part of a three-year affiliation agreement starting in the 2018-19 season.
The initial draft of the Solar Bears regular season schedule is released each year by the ECHL by early June, and all dates are finalized in the late August after the NBA schedule is released. Please note that all game dates and times are subject to change, even after the regular season has started.
