Solar Squad
Solar Squad is the official hype squad at Orlando Solar Bears home games and events throughout Central Florida . Their top priority is keeping the energy high and giving the best fans in the ECHL an unforgettable experience. You’ll see this squad all over the Kia Center entertaining fans, assisting with on-ice contests, and most importantly launching prizes into the crowd during timeouts!
- Date: Monday, September 9th
- Registration: 5:00PM - 6:00PM
- Audition: 6:00PM - 10:00PM
- Location: Kia Center - 400 West Church Street, Orlando, FL 32801
- Parking: Park in the Geico Garage (hourly rates may apply) and follow signage to the audition entrance.
- Solar Squad auditions are held in conjunction with Orlando Magic 321 Hype auditions
- Candidates will be asked to showcase their talent with a thirty second performance (no music requests).
- There will be a panel interview portion of this audition.
- This is a closed audition. No spectators will be permitted to stay during the audition.
- Please wear something comfortable that you can perform in that also shows your individual style.
- If your performance requires a prop, please bring those items with you to the audition.
- All candidates must be 18 years of age or older by September 9th, 2024
- Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 50% of the Orlando Solar Bears home schedule in addition to community events and appearances, and a monthly training program.
