What you need to know when covering a Solar Bears Game from Kia Center

Members of the Media and Scouts from all of the world,

We look forward to hosting you at the Kia Center (400 W. Church Street, Orlando, Florida, 32801) during the 2024-25 hockey season.

Please review the following for Media and Scout passes and policies as well as other important information to assist you prior to your visit.

There is no flash photography allowed at Kia Center for media.

Photographers and Videographers at Event level may only shoot through the camera holes provided on the glass in A Vom, C Vom, and D Vom (B Vom is reserved for Solar Bears Staff only). If you do not have camera hole access, please utilize Club Level (4) for shooting.

Media Loge: The Media Loge is available as a workspace for on-site credentialed media. It is located on Club Level (Floor 4) on the West end of the building. Wired Ethernet is provided for faster upload, but Wi-Fi is also available (posted in MediaLoge).

On-site parking: On-site parking can be arranged with your credential request for the Geico Garage located on South Street. Please communicate in your request that you would also like to request parking.

Entrance: Media will enter through the security entrance located at the corner of South and Hughey Ave. There will be a table where you obtain your credential on the other side of security.

Please be aware that there is no Media access to the B Vom area where the Solar Bears enter the ice in pregame.

Postgame Media Availability will take place in Star Dressing Room 5 on Event Level 1 just outside of B Vom as soon as 15 minutes following the final horn. To make a request please text Director of Communications and Broadcasting Joey Battaino at (407) 775-7263.
