ESTERO, Fla. – Hunter Fejes scored two shorthanded goals to match a franchise mark, and the Orlando Solar Bears (14-12-1-0) won their third consecutive road game with a 4-3 victory over the Florida Everblades (14-8-2-3) on Wednesday night at Hertz Arena.
Fejes notched his first of the season to tie the score 1-1 minutes after Joe Pendenza gave Florida an early 1-0 lead with a power-play marker.
Fejes then assisted on Owen Robinson’s first career pro goal that put Orlando ahead 3-2 late in the second period, before tallying his second of the game just over five minutes into the third period to cap a three-point night.
Brad Barone made 34 saves – including 17 in the third frame – to get Orlando the win, and snap a two-game losing streak for the Solar Bears. Orlando also drew level with the Everblades in the regular season series; each team has a 2-2-0-0 record against the other.

- Langan’s assist on Fejes’ first goal was the seventh shorthanded assist of his career with the Solar Bears, moving him past LeBlanc for sole possession of the franchise mark.
