ORLANDO, Fla. — The Orlando Solar Bears have announced the club has agreed to terms with forward Nick Bligh on an ECHL Standard Player Contract for the 2021-22 season.
Bligh (BLY), 28, last skated during the 2019-20 season for the Atlanta Gladiators, in which he posted 15 points (8g-7a) in 30 games.
The 6-foot, 190-pound forward has played in 187 career ECHL games with Atlanta, Worcester, Quad City, Wichita, Indy, Adirondack and South Carolina, producing 121 points (60g-61a). He has also appeared in one American Hockey League game with the Syracuse Crunch.
Prior to turning pro, the Boston, Massachusetts native played collegiate hockey for Dartmouth College, where he posted 42 points (19g-23a) in 96 career games for the Big Green program.
