ORLANDO, Fla. – The Orlando Solar Bears have announced that forward Mitch Hults has been reassigned to the club from the Syracuse Crunch of the American Hockey League by the Tampa Bay Lightning, Orlando’s NHL affiliate.
Hults, 24, produced one assist in two games with the Solar Bears earlier this year during a previous assignment to Orlando. He also has five points (1g-4a) and four penalty minutes in 11 combined AHL games with the Syracuse Crunch and San Diego Gulls.
Hults was acquired by the Lightning in a trade with the Anaheim Ducks on Oct. 18.
