NOTABLES

  • Valleau also led Orlando with 10 shots on goal.
  • The Solar Bears went 4-for-7 on the power play and 4-for-5 on the penalty kill. • The win snapped a franchise-record nine-game streak (0-7-2-0) without a win, dating back to Orlando’s 4-3 overtime victory at Allen on Oct. 22 – Winquist scored the game-winner in that game for the Solar Bears.
  • The Solar Bears are back at home to host the Jacksonville Icemen for the first time at the com Rink at Amway Center on Tuesday, Nov. 21 at 7 p.m.
