MAXIME CLERMONT ASSIGNED TO ORLANDO

Orlando, FL - The Orlando Solar Bears, proud affiliate of the NHL's Toronto Maple Leafs and AHL's Toronto Marlies, announced that G Maxime Clermont has been assigned to the Solar Bears by the New Jersey Devils (NHL) from the Albany Devils (AHL) and that they have traded G Sean Bonar to the Wichita Thunder for future considerations.
Clermont has appeared in nine games for the Solar Bears this season, going 5-3-0 with a 3.76 GAA and .873 save percentage, and helped propel Orlando to a 5-3 win over the Cincinnati Cyclones on November 18 with a 38 save performance. The Montreal, QC, native has also seen action in four games with the Albany Devils this year, earning a 4-0-0 record with a 1.94 GAA and .921 save percentage. Clermont has collected a 10-6-1 record, 3.55 GAA, and .882 in 19 career games with the Solar Bears since the 2013-14 season.
Bonar appeared in two games with Orlando, going 1-1-0 with a 2.65 GAA and .911 save percentage.
