The Orlando Solar Bears Stick to Reading program is aimed towards elementary students K-5 in the Central Florida area. The program is designed to increase students’ interest in reading by giving them an incentive for increasing their reading time.

To assist parents and teachers in motivating their students to read, the Orlando Solar Bears will reward participating students with a complimentary ticket voucher for any game during the 2016-17 regular season. To receive this ticket voucher, students must:

  • Read a minimum of 600 minutes (10 hours) by April 1st
  • Fill out the reading scorecard completely
  • Have each session signed by a teacher or parent

To sign up your student, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page. Shortly after sign up, you will receive an email with your reading scorecard attached.

The reading scorecard can either be turned in to our offices at 2200 Lucien Way Suite 400, Maitland, FL 32751 or turned in at Amway Center Box Office windows 1 & 2 on Solar Bears game days. Turn in your scorecards by April 1, 2017 to receive your complimentary ticket voucher.
