The Orlando Solar Bears are happy to help local non-profit organizations holding a raffle or auction. We receive dozens of letters each week requesting items for promotional purposes.
Due to the high volume of requests that we receive, we ask you to please keep the following guidelines in mind when submitting a request:
- Requests will be considered for promotional purposes only. Due to the quantity of requests we receive, we are only able to assist select organizations in our area. We will also donate to professional hockey teams and youth hockey organizations outside of Central Florida.
- All requests must be submitted with a letter on the organization’s letterhead and must be accompanied by an event flyer or event advertisement.
- To ensure timely processing and delivery, requests must be received at least four (4) weeks prior to the event and upon approval, all items can be picked up before the event at the Solar Bears discretion.
