Q: Where is the Amway Center Box Office located?

A: The Amway Center Box Office is located on Church Street. Short-term (15 minutes) parking is available in front of the box office on Church Street except during events. The Amway Center Box Office does not take ticket orders over the phone.

Q: Where can I be dropped off at the Amway Center for games?

A: Drop-off and pick-up for Amway Center events is located on Hughey Avenue between Church Street and South Street. Certain events may have special setups; call the Amway Center at (407) 440-7000.

Q: What is the age requirement for children’s tickets?

A: The Amway Center requires children that have reached their 2nd birthday by the date of the game to have a ticket for entry.

Q: What items are prohibited at Amway Center?

A: To ensure the safest environment possible, the City of Orlando and the Amway Center prohibit the following items from being brought through the gates of the Center:

  • Backpacks
  • Bags larger than 14 In. x 14 In. x 6 In.
  • Bottles
  • Cameras with detachable lenses and/or lenses 6 In. or longer
  • Cans
  • Coolers
  • Cycles
  • Fireworks
  • Flashlights
  • Go-Pro sticks
  • Helium balloons
  • Illegal drugs
  • iPads and Tablets (except for Orlando Magic and Orlando Solar Bear games)
  • Laptops
  • Laser pointers
  • Noisemakers and amplifiers (except for cowbells which are permitted for Orlando Solar Bears games only)
  • Outside food & beverage
  • Pets (except service animals)
  • Recreation equipment
  • Selfie Sticks
  • Signs larger than 2 Ft. x 3 Ft.

Although by state law, the City cannot regulate the admission of patrons with weapons, most of the private event promoters who use the Amway Center do not allow patrons with weapons to be admitted to their events. Security personnel reserve the right to inspect any item at any time and prohibit any item deemed inappropriate for crowd safety.

Q: What is the photography policy?

A: Non-flash, still cameras, may be used to take pictures of sporting events or events where house lights are illuminated during a performance. Cameras with detachable lenses longer than six (6) inches when extended are prohibited from all Amway Center sporting events. Tripods or other photography equipment may not be used or admitted without building issued media credentials.

iPads are permitted for Orlando Magic and Orlando Solar Bears games. All other sporting events are subject to change at any time at the show’s discretion.

Q: Where are the ATMs at the Amway Center?

A: ATMs at the Amway Center are provided by Chase

ATM machines are located in the following areas:

  • Chase Box Office
  • Terrace Level – Level 3: 102/102, 111A/112
  • Northeast Chase Club – Level 4
  • Southwest Chase Club – Level 4

Q: Where is First Aid located?

A: A First Aid station is located on the Terrace Level (Level 3) in Section 118 near the Bud Light Baseline Bar.

Q: Can I purchase Solar Bears merchandise at the game?

A: Yes! The Solar Bears have merchandise available for purchase behind Sections 108 and 113 during all Solar Bears home games. You can also purchase merchandise online at store.orlandosolarbearshockey.com.

Q: What is the policy regarding service animals?

A: Service animals are animals individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Guests with disabilities are welcome to bring their service animals inside the Amway Center. Service animals may not use additional seats unless a ticket has been purchased for the adjacent seat, but may request accessible seating.

Q: Is there accessible parking?

A: Convenient accessible parking is located in the GEICO Garage, which is adjacent to the Amway Center. Guests using the GEICO Garage may access the Amway Center via the 5th floor GEICO Gateway pedestrian bridge, which connects to the Amway Center’s Terrace Level (Level 3). Additional accessible parking is located in Lot 9. There are also accessible parking spaces in surface lots and garages in the area surrounding the Amway Center. Q: Are there wheelchair escorts?

A: Wheelchair escorts are available for guests with disabilities who require assistance getting to and from their seats. Our escorts will meet a guest at the entry doors and assist the guest to his/her seat, and will meet the guest at the end of an event and escort him/her to the nearest exit.
